The hotel is conveniently located near the Coliseum and Tanger Outlet, making it easy to access various attractions. The rooms had a slight issue with smoke odor and maintenance, but overall, they were satisfactory. The service was friendly and accommodating, though there was a slight delay in getting a room ready. The dining experience was average, offering a decent selection of standard breakfast items. The cleanliness and convenience of the location were major highlights, with a few minor cleanliness concerns in the room.

When I arrived at the hotel, the rooms weren't ready, and I had to come back an hour later. They had a wide opening that allowed me to see the outside, and although they looked like the pictures, a closer look revealed some corners that weren't perfectly clean. Despite being a new construction, they had issues like clogs, peeling paint, which made it feel unsafe.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable, although being right next to the workers was a bit distracting. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, even accommodating us while we were sleeping. The hotel's location was convenient to everything we wanted to visit in Charleston. The dining experience was pretty good overall. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay at a good value for money.
